Types of Dentures (False Teeth)

At The Denture Studio we provide our patients with different types of dentures or false teeth, so we can recommend the best solution for your individual needs.

The different types of dentures or false teeth we provide include:

» Complete Dentures (Full Dentures)

Complete Dentures or sometimes called Full Dentures are dentures that replace all of your natural teeth in either your upper or lower jaw. We provide our patients with complete dentures that will give your face the vital support it needs to help prevent the signs of ageing.

» Partial Dentures

Partial Dentures replace any of your missing natural teeth in either of your upper or lower jaws. At The Denture Studio we will blend in your partial dentures in with your natural teeth so your new partial dentures will look like your own natural teeth and not false teeth.

» Denture Implants

Denture Implants are a type of denture that is attached to dental implants and solves the problem of loose dentures.

Other types of dentures we provide our patients include:

» Copy Dentures (Replacement Dentures)

Copy Dentures or Replacement Dentures can be a cost effective solution to having a spare set of dentures.

» Flexible Dentures

Flexible Partial Dentures adapt and fit around the shape of your natural teeth and gums and can be used when it is difficult or impractical to use a plastic denture or light alloy denture.

» Immediate Dentures

Immediate Dentures are dentures that are fitted at the time your natural teeth are extracted.

» Light Alloy Dentures

LIght Alloy Dentures are partly made from a light alloy called Cobalt-chrome (Co-Cr) and the advantages of this type of denture include:

    • They feel less bulky in your mouth.
    • They are lighter dentures yet stronger.
    • They are better for your overall hygiene.
    • Light Alloy Dentures feel more comfortable in your mouth.
    • In some dental patients who have light alloy dentures we are able to uncover the roof of the mouth.

» Ultra Suction™ Dentures

Ultra Suction™ Dentures use a valve system to create suction against the gums, keeping the dentures in place; giving you a tighter fitting denture without the need for any denture adhesive.
